Demonstration kit DynaMot

Electrical energy, current and voltage with DynaMot

Use: Demonstration experiments in electricity lessons, alternatively independent experiments conducted by students

The Demonstration kit DynaMot enables demonstration experiments on fundamental concepts and principles of electricity. At the heart of the set is the robust DynaMot, which combines a hand-operated generator and an electric motor in a single device. It can be used both as a DC voltage generator and as a DC motor and can replace batteries or power supply units in introductory electricity lessons.

As the electrical energy in many experiments is generated by operating the hand generator, energy generation, energy transfer and electric circuits can be directly linked. The experiments cover topics including electric current and current measurement, energy and electron flow, parallel and series circuits, as well as fundamental relationships between current and voltage.

In addition to the hand-operated DynaMot, the demonstration kit includes further components for various experimental setups, including a mechanical transmission system, drive belts, weights, a movable pulley and experiment leads. The materials are stored in a hard plastic box with foam inserts.

For additional experiments described in the instructions, the DynaMot Supplementary Set (item no. 54845) can be used.
