The entry-level microscope provides an easy and reliable way to introduce students to microscopy. It is particularly suitable for science lessons in grades 5 and 6 as well as for more advanced investigations in biology lessons.

The sturdy stand features a monocular viewing tube with a 45° viewing angle and a 3-position revolving nosepiece. With the 10x eyepiece and three objectives of 4x, 10x and 40x, magnifications from 40x to 400x are possible. The lenses are made of high-quality optical glass. Focusing is conveniently adjusted using control knobs on both sides.

For examining different specimens, the microscope features LED incident and transmitted light illumination. The 90 × 90 mm stage is equipped with two specimen clips and a 6-position aperture diaphragm.

Power is supplied by three LR6/AA batteries, which are included in the scope of delivery. A practical dust cover is also included.

The microscope measures 300 × 170 × 120 mm.
